Fish oil is good for quite a range of stuff anyway, whether it "cures" neurological conditions is questionable, but it certainly won't do any harm, and if they start prescribing it on the NHS well, bonza
Fish oil is availabe in pill form, and is good for many things such as depression and reducing the risk of heart disease. I don't think it's a "cure" for neurological conditions at all, even if it has other health benefits.
I take fish oil as well as CoQ10 and multivitamins - great for general health but i'm still an aspie.
EFAs in fish oil can be very helpful in stimulating/speech language development in children with speech disorders like apraxia. I can say this because Dylan went from severe apraxia to now mild apraxia due to it.
That's marvellous, Mish  - thank goodness it's too late for the pharmaceutical industry to patent Cod Liver Oil and sell it back to us at $100 a spoonful.
