Not yet ! shes suposed to go on trial today , but it might have been poseponed due to weather. The guy is out on bond awaiting trial.The little punk is my daughters ex brother in law.I hope they fry them , but W V dosen't have the death penalty, supose they will fry some glad morning !!!!!!!
The body was never found , personally I doubt that he was ever thrown in river .
