These are three items that I embroidered today, the first is a baby outfit, and the other is two dish cloths.

coo what neat stitching, Amy   I have been making a Victorian-style sampler for more than a year, but have only got as far as the letter "T" so far. All thumbs, that's me

Stella
Thanks Stella, I am very quick when I make things. My problem is trying to make too many things at once.
Making too many beautiful things at once doesn't seem bad to me Wink
Awww how cute Amy!  :o
Amy, your needlework is lovely Smile Nicely stitched...
i have a friend who is making amazing pillows from her knitting. i am not much of a knitter so i like to vicariously enjoy the ones she makes. she plans out the stitches and patterns on her computer but she does not plan it too much.

she uses odds and ends of wool, both natural and sythetic. lots of colours and textures. she makes each cover different so you can turn them over to suit. she stuffs them with old pillows.  she must have done about 20 so far. they are all different and feel good.

she is going to give some to congolese refugees who are coming to our city. i suggested trying tings like big cube shapes or triangles. does anyone do things like this? i do not know if it would be easy or not.

Your brilliant needlework puts the rest of us to shame, Amy. I've never been able to sew in very straight lines, or make many very small, neat stitches without getting in some sort of tangle.

A knitted scarf I just finished.
oh that's gorgeous, Amy
Thanks, its in eyelash yarn, so its fluffy.
Very nice!
That's brilliant Amy. Lucky baby!
I have to sew badges onto my Leaders uniform for cubs.

Keep stabbing myself with the neddle!
