who had what?

I cooked roast duck with mixed roast vegetables (potato, sweet potato, carrots, butternut squash, parsnip and shallots) baked apple stuffed with cranberries and orange marmalade and steamed cabbage. I needed and enjoyed a nice 5 mile walk after that lot...
Thats sounds delicious.
It's about 4pm here and I need to get my act together and start cooking mine!!!!  I've a friend coming over in less than an hour, and my apartment's a semi-disaster.  My plan is simple--chicken, which is marinating in a mustard sauce, rice, salad, wine--that's it. I'd rather think about autistic culture than food!
Yours sounds lovely too energeaia.

I had venison stew, bubble and squeak (fried  potato and cabbage left over from yesterday), braised red cabbage and brocoli for lunch today and managed to find room for the christmas pudding I couldn't manage yesterday! I really enjoy the holidays because I can spend all day cooking and keeping the house tidy, massively reducing the stress I experience over these things during the working week.
