Uhm, I'm just wondering how to post a picture on the forum. I've seen a lot of people doing it, but nobody's explained to me how to do that.
Man, I sound like a dork...
When you see a picture that you want to link to, right click to obtain the 'image location', then when you post type .
That should make the picture be shown in your post.
Don't hotlink, though. If you do, the owners of the site you are hotlinking to have the right to change the picture you're hotlinking to, and besides that, you're eating up their bandwidth. When they change the picture, they can pretty much embarass you in any way they want to.
So I'll just save the picture I want to show in one of those image-galleries, like photo-bucket, then?
How about if it's just a picture from my hard drive? Is that possible?
Don't think so, if not your hard-drive is always connected to the internet somehow(don't really have any idea). But you might find sites like photobucket.com useful.

Hotlink meaning taking an image from another site, but instead of actually downloading the image and uploading it to a site you own, you simply supply the address to the picture on another site. When you see a hotlinked image, the image is actually on another site, but is appearing on the one you're looking at. This eats up resources for that other site because you are accessing files on that site without actually viewing the site.
