I second you. That may be wrong.
I have self diagnosed recently as an Aspie. I have been eating fish almost everyday for 10 years. That is because my father has a heart condition and fish are supposed to be healthier that mammal's meat.
I have not seen any difference. I am who I am. I still have lot of trouble trying to socialize, not that it matters for me. I prefer to spend a night in front of my lappy than going to a disco. And barely go out of my house. I just do not feel as having to go out. I go out if I need to shop groceries or something. etc, etc, I won't take your time talking about my likes and dislikes.
For the vegies out there, if you care about the Omega 3 and their brain protective qualities, you may think about consuming linseed oil. Although I would advice you to eat some fish meat, it is good for the heart, for the brain, and some people claim that it helps avoid the risk of developing cancer.

Omega 3, that was what they we're talking about, yes...
Maybe i misinterpreted than, but they made it look like a big hype.
I don't eat fish or meat, should i be considering picking up on eating fish again?

You mean to tell me that when you were eating fish, all of your ASD symptoms vanished, and you became a veritable NT ?

I just don't see why you would have to take supplements if you already have a healthy diet. It is expensive and hard to know if it is making much of a difference.
