Very beautiful site and artwork

Welcome to AFF Karms.
Hi, I really enjoyed your site

It's cool that you hid a few little surprises in places (like the light that turns on when you click on the flower on the web presences page, stuff like that is fun).

Also, I like the richness of detail in the site. It's lovely!
Hi Karms,

I've just read that there is a special South African sausage called a Boerewors which sounds absolutely delicious. You can still find good sausages in England if you look for them, but most are just full of rusk and mush of uncertain origin. Now the winter is coming on, it's nice to sort out some warming recipes, and you can't beat bangers and mash with onion gravy on a cold day.

best wishes,

Stella

S.. by the way, have you CLICKED on the light?? If you click on the light it will tell you where those buildings and lights are!!

I went back and tried the light   Nice detail, I love it!

I also like the way things fade into view as the page is loading; little things like that make a site more...um. Human I guess. Not so robotic seeming as a site that just pops up *BOOM* in front of your face  .

The whole site is beautiful, but the little touches are lovely.

Found it    Actually I thought it was an antique doll when I first saw it.

Hey? Does the top window of the house on that same page do anything? I see a 'clicky' finger thing there, but if it does anything I'm missing it :?
That's not a bad thing, just means we have a good reason to check your site later for more stuff

I wish I could help in the idea department. My 'great ideas' usually catch me while in the middle of something else, become obsessions, take up every waking (and sleeping) thought I have, roll over me and squish me like a bug. You really want ideas from someone that weird? LOL

Ahem...

Maybe explaining what I like about your site will help give you ideas?

I liked the way you created the feeling of an 'environment' with your site, including the music.  Also, I really liked the photography section of your site. Something about your sense of light and unusual perspective was very appealing. And throughout the site the way you layered things to give a sense of richness is striking. It's good in a technical, detailed way but also in an organic way (the way things unfold like something growing and the richness of the layers).

Maybe that's totally off track, but it's what *I* personally felt about your site. Rich, layered, detailed, textured, unusual perspectives. The only idea I can think of is...more of the same

One thing I wished when I was looking at the site was that the examples of your work were clickable to see them closer. But then again, the small size of the windows make it seem more personable, so I don't know if you'd want to go that route.

It's late here, and I've just started a new painting using a new media...I think my grey cells are rebelling tonight. I hope I'm making sense :? .
I hope you'll keep us posted when you update

I like that page, btw...the one with the angels.
That's really beautiful karms, its great to see you back again, and your work.
My word, what a painting.    Nice to see you back again, Karms.

Wow- That is amazing! How beautiful.
calla I love pre-raphaelite painters, have you ever visited the Lady Lever art museum on the Wirral? It has some amazing pieces.
You are welcome.
I dont want to disrupt karms thread, but I just wanted to post this picture as its one of the most beautiful I ever saw, in real life its breathtaking.

Wow, I'm so envious. That's beautiful.

It looks pretty with the painting on it; it's a nice frame for your work when it's not in use.
Karms, is that a painting of yours on the easel too?
I love the colours in the red and green one.
