I am interested in this board/video game by Paradox.
It's called Diplomancy, and what you do is select a year to start. Then you find friends and decide which country you get.
The Demonstration Games online are kept alive with PMs,emails,etc.
So is anyone interested in playing with me here? I'm a teen so I'm not sure how good I will be.

It would help if someone could get a Map so that we can keep track of all our regiments.
Let's start simple. Everyone gets 30 regiments(calvary,infantry,autillery). You can build up to 10 Naval Bases. You do not need to assign existing regiments to Bases, but you can use it them as Transports.

My main goal so far to is to extablish an alliance with England. The hope is to keep Turkish interest to little or nothing. Italien affairs shall be fair,as long so forth as they are fair to ours. I am not fond of having the Austro-Hunagarian monster at my Western Gate. Germany is OK unless they attack.
France I seek to keep palatable to distract any German claims.
Whoever decides to be England's diplomat,PM me so we can work out the details of the Alliance.
Now I just wait to see how Turkey does.
Then usually Turkey writes a few paragraphs, then let's say Austria-Hungary has nothing to say. They write {No Comments}. Then Italy might right something regarding it's relationship to England.

Hi Solace Girl; Sorry it took me so long to get back here, but, I'm still figuring out the points of the game. More to see if I can contribute properly or not. When it comes to strategy or diplomacy, I "ain't" the sharpest tack in the pack!! :lol:

Try googling 'Paradox Games Forums'. They have lots of stuff there, it will give you ideas.
I'll have to take France since I'm half french anyway. (French-Canadian ancestry) Besides, My inner Napoleon is chomping at the bit to conquer England. VIVA LA FRANCE!!!!! :razz: :roll:
