...what do you do if someone mocks neurodiversity or makes anti-autistic comments in front of you?

It can be in any situation at all, including a speech at high school someone created, or if it's just a guy who says it to you in your class.

Extremely ignorant. I heard such comments the other day being applied to the hardcore chemists and maths guys/girls at my uni, luckily for the commentator I was invovled in something else (a card game at lunch) and couldn't retaliate.

Have them killed.

I'd give an informing spiel with a hint of charm and intimidation.  Fear, persuasion, and enlightenment would put ignorance in place.

i've not been faced with the situation. depends what it is. some aspects of the whole activism thing are very much open to be mocked.
