First, a stylized drawing of my nose, traced from a photograph and stylized in Jasc Paint Shop Pro 6:
Second, a hand turkey created for the Second Annual Thanksgiving Hand Turkey Contestamundo at
http://www.oddtodd.com (It didn't win. I think the winner cheated. "I didn't know if turkeys had tails, so I gave it one!"
WTF):
Hand Turkey (It's linked due to dimensions, not file size. It's only 16 colors, but it's computer wallpaper sized.)
What do you think of them? Also, what's your favorite/least favorite element of the nose? I like the vulture, but it seems I'm the only one.
That hand turkey is hilarious!
It's always a challenge to have to work within given constraints, but it looks like you did extremely well.
The nose: slick! (Never thought I'd be saying that about a nose, lol!)
Mutstra
Does the detail within the nose show your interests?
Not particularly. I do like music, and I've always had a thing for drawing bloodshot eyes, but other than that, no.
Nice nose

And your turkey was cute. Do you have any more stuff to show us, almighty doer of stuff?
I'm no good at stylized type work, I don't know why. I've tried, I've failed, I gave it up. It's a kind of mental block I guess.
I made another picture, to go along with my audio file "Life In A Fish Tank" (see
this thread). Here's the original (sort of, the edge got cut off so I fixed it, but the main part remained intact):
And here's an enlarged, wallpaper-sized, color-inverted version of it:

If you haven't heard Life In A Fish Tank yet, I encourage you to be brave and listen to it (again, see
this thread).
That nose is awesome, all the stuff inside it kinda melts together into a complete feeling. And that turkey was awesome, too. Staring Contest!
hey there Almighty
love the name.
I'm a compulsive doer.... an ART-aholic I think.
http://www.vanguardgallery.com.au is an autie-friendly gallery looking for talented autie spectrum artists.
if you're in Australia, perhaps you should introduce yourself.
I enjoyed your artwork.
My brother is also an artist, very different stuff to me but I really like it.
