First, a stylized drawing of my nose, traced from a photograph and stylized in Jasc Paint Shop Pro 6:


Second, a hand turkey created for the Second Annual Thanksgiving Hand Turkey Contestamundo at http://www.oddtodd.com (It didn't win. I think the winner cheated. "I didn't know if turkeys had tails, so I gave it one!" WTF):
Hand Turkey (It's linked due to dimensions, not file size. It's only 16 colors, but it's computer wallpaper sized.)

What do you think of them? Also, what's your favorite/least favorite element of the nose? I like the vulture, but it seems I'm the only one.

It's always a challenge to have to work within given constraints, but it looks like you did extremely well. :smile:

Does the detail within the nose show your interests?

Not particularly. I do like music, and I've always had a thing for drawing bloodshot eyes, but other than that, no.

I'm no good at stylized type work, I don't know why. I've tried, I've failed, I gave it up. It's a kind of mental block I guess.

That nose is awesome, all the stuff inside it kinda melts together into a complete feeling. And that turkey was awesome, too. Staring Contest!
