So I got to thinking that there are some pretty strange things I believe or in some cases "sort of" believe. For instance, I believe I can turn invisible. But I don't mean like supernaturally. I mean that by furiously concentrating on "you don't see me" with all my might, somehow it can work and people are much less likely to see me than if I weren't thinking that.
And I believe that it's at least sometimes possible to warp time and space while driving to make a commute that should take 30 minutes take six minutes.
And I believe that honor can make you powerful, kind of like Taoist folk beliefs.
And I believe I have my very own Tyler Durden lurking inside me somewhere.
And although it's really hard for me to find places while driving using normal people methods, quite a few times I've switched to "using the force" and it generally works out pretty well.
And I believe, from experience, that many times in my life strange knowledge of the future just appears in my mind fully formed.
And lots of stuff.
So I was wondering if any of you, who are probably somewhat rational people, have strange beliefs that when you get down to it you couldn't really prove to someone, yet you believe them anyway.
