Which one would it be?

I'd personally have to say Commodore - I'd love to see what Workbench (AmigaOS) would have become on proper x86 (and eventually x86-64) PCs.

I wish Duke Nukem Forever came out... Sad

Boy, that didn't take long Smile

Probably Intelevision, but just because the developers are so totally awesome.
I'd love to get my hands on an Odyssey 2 again, though.
Hey that timex sinclair was fun!  Had magnetic storage (audiotape!) and it booted right into Basic!  Z-80!  Can't go wrong with that. lol.

I'm quite the opposite - if I could make one company go under, it'd be MS.

It's a little off topic, but I still have the Timex Sinclair computer my husband used years ago.  I think he had to connect it to the TV set.  It was about the size of a hardback book and maybe an inch to an inch and a half thick.  Since this was from about 1984 I imagine it doesn't have as much memory as today's cell phones.  It's probably most useful as a paperweight.

One of these?

That one is from my own collection.

wut.
Ooooohhhh Gaaaareeth.....

Oh, man...nostalgia attack!  That's every tech convention, sidewalk sale, UG and SIG meeting I went to in the eighties.

As for tech companies, I sure wish Digital Research had had better luck with their IBM negotiations...

UNIX BEARD!!!!!!!

Funny, if you search “Stallman’s Beard” in Wikipedia you get to Richard Stallman.
I would save any of the companies/organisations who create open source software.  I believe it is very important that everyone has open access to technology.
I would choose Apple.
If it was one tech company that I wished did go under, it would be Adobe – Adobe Flash Player ruin non-Windows systems. I have stopped using it because they have yet to release a much-needed security patch for the x86-64 Linux version. For YouTube videos I have begun using HTML5, and hope to see more SVG-based browser games in the future.
Novell, 'cause they back OpenSuse atm.

SAP, 'cause their former CEO/co-founder started to back his old football (soccer) team and got them into the German Premier League (Hoffenheim)
