I have some good news to report - my friend has finally got back in touch after ten weeks of ignoring me. And what's more he sent me a very nice message. So I feel a lot better than before.

He got offended by something I said to him and refused to speak to me afterwards.

His message was good because he has finally made a connection between cause and effect - the way the things he does effect me. That was the most important thing and I now feel like he has finally understood that I was upset and that is a step forward for us as he is very focused on himself.
