I have it! We produce Autism specials on current. It's Al Gores new TV network, 5 minute specials on all sorts of things, reaching out to the young generation. It's perfect and reasonable!

I think we need to use an international website, rather than the US based one posted above.
In terms of posting video, there is a model for such a community project, http://www.pot-tv.net.
