Parents from all over the United States are outraged that Thimerosal (a mercury compound that contains 49.6% mercury) was injected into their children via their mandated baby vaccines, in order to cut costs and maximize pharmaceutical profits from multi dose bottles.

This "Autism" tragedy that parents are experiencing with their affected children has taken a terrible toll on these families and the U.S. healthcare system.

This epidemic will cost the U.S. billions of dollars. An entire generation of children may have been affected. The symptoms of "autism" and mercury poisoning are identical.

The Material Safety Data Sheet (M.S.D.S.) on Thimerosal confirms toxicity fears that parents have feared for the last 10 years.

Children are a National Treasure, their health care and legal rights MUST BE PROTECTED AT ALL COSTS. This is the view of most American people.

Mercury induced Autism is indeed "A National Tragedy", that must be addressed and soon.

The American people need to know the whole truth regarding this public health crisis.

So far, no other fact or theory can explain why the autism epidemic has had such explosive growth in recent years. Mercury should NEVER have been put in baby vaccines!

The book titled, Mercury: The Winged Messenger (ISBN 1-4184-37816-6) explains this tragedy and will open peoples eyes to the awful truth of why this tragedy happened.

This is a must read book and is available at all major online book sellers

Cliched this article most certainly is. From the putting fallacy as truth and the writing style, it appears this person is much less intelligent than me.

There has been an anti-vaccination lobby for decades.  Mostly no one listened to them because they were hippies or parents of children with rare allergies.  (such as to chicken/eggs depending on how the vaccines were manufactured)  For the last while they have been pushing the thimersol/autism theory (not a good choice of words).  If mandatory vaccinations for school children were discontinued, they would also be the first people to scream that someone child was responsible for giving their child:  chicken pox, measles, head lice, plague, leprosy etc.  They are the ones who no doubt got peanut butter banned from school lunches forcing poor children just to go without lunch.

Sorry for the cynicism.

I've read quite alot about this, Thimerosal is not 49.6% mercury. It is actually 4.35% mercury by composition.

However, Thimerosal consists of 49.6% mercury if you go by weight (yep mercury weighs alot). I reckon they got that precentage from there and conveniently forgot to tell about it. Percentage by weight has no real meaning in this context... less than 5% is alot less than 50%

What's sad is that I know several NT's who believe that myth about vaccines causing autism. Vaccinations are the safest thing, compared to what those diseases do to people. By not vaccinating their children, people are putting society at more of a risk for those diseases. I also think those anti-vaccine people are the same ones who got peanut butter banned from schools, and would find someone to blame if their kid got a disease that would have been prevented if they got the vaccine.
What is it about vaccines that brings all the looneys out of the woodwork?
Lili Marlene, maybe it is a hold-over from the old times when superstition and fear ruled and most people were quite ignorant.
I'm not sure that that explanation explains why vacination specifically causes so much consternation in a certain type of person. Is anti-science paranoia or anti-science ideology behind it? Is it the fact that vaccination is compulsory that stirs up anti-authority or anti-government psychological reactions? A combination of both?

I know.

I wonder how long before a large spreading of measles, mumps, and/or rubella comes? Well, at least I know me and the other kids who were vaccinated will not catch either of those three diseases.

In Ireland there was a bout of measles last year or so, and 2 kids died during it.
Maybe it's also because when a child has a bad reaction to a vaccine, the story gets more media coverage than when a child dies or gets severely brain-damaged through having measles or other diseases.

It has only really been in the last 15-20 years or so that there has been general awareness that measles, mumps, and chickenpox are not just harmless illnesses that most kids get and that some will die or get brain-damaged through contracting them.

I would bet that this rate is far higher than that of bad reactions to vaccines but because it just seemed to happen through "fate" or "bad luck" rather than medical intervention, not so much fuss has been made in the news.
I was immunizied against measles, mumps and rubella as a young child.  It was noted that I reacted badly to the vaccination.  I still got measles as a teenager.  I almost died.  My brother and sister got mumps but I did not.   The vaccine was not very effective.  Obviously there was something wrong with the vaccine or it was a bad batch.

I also got chicken pox twice:  when I was 6 yrs old and at age 25.  I did not get Shingles at 25, I actually got chicken pox twice.
