I certainly have. I have two examples.

I would get sensory integration therapy every day when I get *ordered* to hug the rest of my family after Mum returns from home. But that was a long time ago.
Every Chinese New Year, I would get used to the extremely loud firecrackers, because I used to live in a mini-Vietnam/China in Australia. In other words, an Asian society.
