The Cure Autism Now organizations and other related political positions are using there financial capitals to market there ideals world-wide on the internet. With such exposures being prominently viewed under major search engine terms on the major search engines it leaves people like me seemingly overtaken.
It’s time we raised our voices, become one in resolve and coordinate a long term take back so we can be properly represented to viewers. Project Gold Star is a way of achieving high ranking positions as well as a general overall placement of links strategically all around the internet on all relevant websites. Giving exposure to its project domain that those whom oppose do not have, nor can have!
In addition to this exposure it is the single goal of project Gold Stars location to be ranked #1 on all search engines for keyword Aspergers and key phrase Aspergers Syndrome within five years. Giving your voice the most direct influence as possible, sending our collective opinions, oppositional views the exposure it so desperately requires.
This will give people with autistic spectrum differences the opportunity to speak for themselves over the World Wide Web concerning Cure Autism Now and related endeavors. Assuring also its destination to be a freely open and capable location SimpleComplexities.org has been constructed to serve this purpose and more.
Simple Complexities, Aspergers Syndrome World Community (A.S.W.C) has been established to serve individuals with Autistic Spectrum related differences. When achieved as so needed to gain any possible and reasonable victory the autistic spectrum peoples will have a voice it does not yet have. Giving us all the opportunity to speak electronically and be a known identity in opposition to these groups as well as spreading the word of other online autistic websites and communities.
Being the very essence of the meaning of neutralism and my mind being non-political I stand to serve as the strategic coordinator of an upcoming autistic spectrum network that will serve advocacy, community and informational sites equally by offering free web hosting. Enabling our network to grow stronger everyday whilst serving the individuals we all seek to better.
Project Gold Star as so defined thus far is incomplete in its presentation. Not all of Gold Star’s details can be provided as to secure our individual and collective endeavor to be heard, cause change in how others view us, and become that of the dominate influence.
Both reasonable and rational leadership, online management and focus are needed to achieve our collective goals of seeking to be understood and be heard by those harming our minds with false ideas and delusions of cures. It is important that each individual be who they are and to realize despite that observed from their front we are not defective and in need of any cure but rather understanding and through understanding comes betterment.
Quality of life over the psychological games and lies of those whom advertise falsely our defectiveness around the globe, by saying we need a cure in anyway. The one cause resolve will crush those socio-politically and make them to be the fools whom they are. A collaboration of professionals and those whom do not know better seeking to make themselves known by speaking for us as well as over our current capability to respond adequately too.
It is society whom needs to understand us and not for us to change ourselves magically because some hot headed so called professional careerists decide we are in need of a cure. It’s manipulation I believe, manipulation of the truth of the individual, the truth of autism in general and the truth of anyone affected by these globally marketed campaigns. It should be considered nothing else then propaganda targeting our families, us as individuals and the viewers whom see and are influenced by these propagandas.
It is time that we all come together in one solid voice advocating for ourselves our truths. Curing us of ourselves makes no logical sense; it is only the ignorance as well as the bigoted individuals that decidedly mass marketed such ways and of who continue to do so.

While it would be ideal, at this time creating a community for each type of faith is infeasible. This specific forum is for people with Aspergers Syndrome that believe in a system of faith that is non-Christian. Here they are welcome to present there materials, understandings and methodologies. Welcome them, honor there ways of belief and treat them with respect.
There is one general political area where people can talk politics.

A nation as a conceptual parallel of sorts to the reality of group and organizational dynamics. Though online, such an idea serves to promote the infrastructure of an internet based collective of individuals whom have the ability to control through opinion and there vote who will be the acting leader promoting the ideals they set forth in there campaign against other Aspies for the presidency.
An Aspergers Syndrome online nation offers its members the ability to vote in an elected presidential figure that will represent them to others as well as conduct administrative duties they set forth in there campaign. Having been voted in by popular vote an elected president shall posses these powers and responsibilities;
Power of the Commander and Chief,
1. Have the ability to communicate to members your goals, announcements, opinions and ideas electronically via the user registration base once a month as a presidential address to all members.
2. Spotlight placement on the website along with specific places within the site to post any and all relevant materials representing your office as sitting President.
3. Have the ability to stream audio via the site with your voice or a computer generated one allowing others to hear your current thoughts and presidential activities. Or not as this is optional but just so you know I can accommodate you by converting text to audio and into streaming media formats.
4. Motivate, coordinate and work with others whom have Aspergers Syndrome online to promote and carry out your specific goals and be provided with the server resources to do so. Or simply work on your own conducting your administration as you decide.
5. Be permanently recognized as a past leader whom served the Aspergers and Autistic community. Through archiving your official letters, articles, opinions and ideas. As well as recognizing your accomplishments in a historic fashion. A special section of the site will be dedicated just for this reason known as the hall of honor.
6. Be given a website of your own with project software pre-installed to organize and conduct your administration. You may use it or not, a private community will be provided for anyone whom works with your presidency if at all.
7. Be seen, be known and carry out your objectives as so defined in your campaign.
8. Have fun and enjoy your presidency, not taking it as a serious life matter however spending some time each week following through with what you promised during the campaign.
9. Form strategic alliances as an option with other autistic websites and have them officially counted when your presidency ends as an alliance achieved. An official alliance with another site is considered another country in a way. An alliance is achieved through there placement of a graphic on there site showing there support for our nation/website. Gaining alliances is seen as beneficial and the more you are able to gain the stronger your administration appears to be and will be recorded as so historically.
10. Selectively, strategically and directly but not often declare war on other websites in an entertaining non-serious manner though getting your point across. Not to be confused with real war as in death and destruction but politically in words. Ask that other members follow you in a cause against other specific websites that you determined to be discriminatory, bias, and or disrespectful to people within the autism community.
The future of our Nation will be in your control, well mostly.
So as to clarify the Commander and Chief or simply the President whom is elected in by popular vote shall represent the site as a whole in exception for primary services offered but not representing the founder of the site. You will be representing the members. It is to be fun, an experience to remember and something to be creative with but not over involved in a way that is stressful, tiresome or conflicting with other things in your life.
Some members will not like your presidency and will speak against it, its there right so be it.
At no time shall you make policies which hinder the free speech of members, or policies at all concerning the overall website but rather lead by example. There are no laws thus there are no laws that may be created.
More so this presidential position allows for your vision, ideas and agendas to be presented and followed through on. Be able to execute presidential functions, make important decisions within your presidency and is compared to that of being an entertaining, mild mannered, non-serious social and or advocacy venture in which you control the direction.

Questions & Answers
Who can Run for President?
Individuals with Aspergers Syndrome ages eighteen or older. Other webmasters of other communities, advocacy websites and related would be welcome to run as long as they are registered members and are officially diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome or an Autistic Spectrum related difference.
How long does a President serve?
Three or Six months it is still undecided. A fair enough time to allow a sitting president the opportunity to fulfill what they had campaigned to do, if you do well you may be voted in again if you choose to run again.
How many times can they serve?
Individuals can run unlimited times and serve for as many times as they run and receive the majority of the vote.
Can a President be impeached from office?
Yes, if 60% or more members when polled request a president to be removed then he or she shall be terminated but not removed or banned from the community.
Can I run but have someone else run with me to serve as the vice president as well as others in my own group or party?
Yes, as many people as you want. But to run for president you must have Aspergers Syndrome yourself, others working with you don't have to be A.S and you can have as many people as you desire to help you in your presidency.

I could have some questions but need time to think of them. The idea behind this whole thing is really good because we are so often marginalised by society and sometimes even by people we care about. They think if we could just try and act a bit more "normal", other people would be nicer to us. Well, I say Boo to that. :mad:
My real bugbear is people saying we should "change". Does that mean they think we wore the same clothes for too long and they are getting a bit festy? Do they mean we should somehow change from one life form to another? How exactly do they want us to change and would be want to anyway? What if we said to them, "well, I wish you would change your attitude towards me and be more tolerant". I bet they wouldn't like it but yet they expect us to like it. :evil:
But is life really a popularity contest? I don't know. I for one don't want to be popular if it just means agreeing with the "popular" people and being really shallow. :roll:
Of course, with something like this, it would be really wonderful to have a T-Shirt or some kind of a badge to confirm our identity. Maybe something with a rainbow on it since we Aspies are on a spectrum of autism.
Popularity and sociality are not common things that go together for at least me and some other aspies. With this "fun" project i'm working on its just us aspies going with our flow. Also working with other sites and communities.

I'm not sure which project as when I talk to Amy in chat I say how is your project? So I call most things people work on projects. My project doesn’t really need "support" I just do web development and writing.
The article I’m working on for A.F.F will link to its project domain. I’m not sure that I could manage public events such as the Pride site. It is unique and will likely be the primary focus on the stream cast and article.
A.F.F is fun as well or at least appears to be.
I'm still trying to figure out socializing. Only had a few select friends in my lifetime thus far, I am 24. For the past 4 years I have had no friends despite trying but really I am not figuring it out. Never have I had a real common interest other then one friend and that was working on computers at times. Such as building computers from parts at a computer show..
I have A.S too of course and the only thing I am working on now is simplecomplexities.org.
How to find friends in real life aside from the computer? I don't know because as you mentioned those sensory stimuli above such as lighting, sounds or simply ciaos get to me. It puts me into a state of mind where I sort of feel like I am under water.
I’m on disability so I don’t work or go to school and those are the two primary places to find friends from what I have heard.
I can’t maintain N.T friendships online for some reason.. I’ve even made a task out of it to at least attempt but to no avail.
The S.C project will take 5 years no less. Nothing can be done to support it but some of the things I am doing now as well to come will help to promote it.
Meet ups or places to gather to meet other Aspies I will have an international directory for.
I'd have to add however that i'm not really interested in small groups. Even a new person depending on there personality takes a long time to get used to.
I have one friend in iraq currently. He and I talk at times but he is gone and i'm moving to a new town in a few months.
The people are supposed to be more friendly there so I will try when I move again to find this normality.

I've read various self-help books on making friends and the thing that stands out to me is it isn't easy, not for anybody. It's easier if you can find people with similar interests and even if this is on the internet, it can be interesting.
When I was a teenager, mum used to say to me "show people that you're interested in them and they'll be interested in you". We used to get into arguments since I'd say "how" and she'd act as if I should have known how. We've even had fights about this quite recently but it has got better since I got my diagnosis 2 years ago.
Can't think of easy answers for your dilemma about making friends apart from persevering because it is worth it even to have one good friend.
I'm sort of confused I think.
I have much in common with you however I am not sure why you would think of me as not being a friend.
Internet friends differ from that of real life friends in my mind. I'm not sure that I really have online friends other then my offer to be a friend.
What makes another person an official friend?
I can say "your friend" as in an aspie friend. The hope with that on the site was to be friends but I don’t know who had read that and if they take it seriously or not.
None has contacted me specifically to be a friend. IF someone registers then I think in my mind thats another friend. The hope is to make it to where everyone is friends, somehow.
I do have some difficulty with the concept "friend". Is a friend somebody you consider a friend ie. you like to talk to them (whether on the computer, on the phone, or in person). Do both people have to consider each other a friend?(I thought they did have to).
Most of my life, I used to let people make overtures of friendship to me rather than do it myself (tending to be a fairly passive person in a lot of ways). I always had at least one friend and still do but the friends I had before don't live in Town.
The link works perfectly fine. Misunderstandings are simply a common thing.
I've never considered someone I knew a friend specifically, I never really grasped the concept nor embraced the reality of a friend as in what I’ve seen other friends do.
For instance I had one person that was a friend but when he drove he drove fast and I just can’t stand fast driving. So that friend was more of a stressful thing then a friend in those times.
I live in the U.S and from what I hear outside my window every other day is people yelling at one another or speeding down a short street here. A train goes by its very loud at times. This is the outside world to me, seldom do I interact personally with people because I avoid eye contact and when I do have brief encounters I think I always say something incorrect.
Overture is more of a marketing hold to be achieved in relation to the pro-cure movements that have insulted me and other like me by saying a cure is needed. It is something that can induce depression and feelings of defectiveness because of how they market themselves.
I like tea I drink Rooibos, gingko ginseng, chamomile, cat nip and jasmine.
Maybe a friend is saying Hi. Maybe an online friend is someone to talk to with in chat like msn, yahoo or aol instant messenger.
