Things irritate me!
Bad grades
Loudness
Bad manners
“move out of the way”
Bad attitudes
Ignorance
“ all autistics are lame, and stupid, and a bunch of criples”
Discrimination
“ we prefer a more outgoing person for the job”
Unfair discipline
Jerks
“ I’m sorry, but your just a female… we cannot allow you in the science club”
“ oh your too smart”
Internet trolls
Or at least….. accusations of being a troll
“learn to blend in with society”
I have something for that!!
How about all these things come to an end, we need happiness for the betterment of our society?!!

I hate that one, quite often outgoing people don't take enough time to engage the brain.

I need to have my breaks on my own. I am driven mad by people who put expectations on me that I should join the group. I hate people who expect me to conform to what is normal for them.

Your post was a poem, Miss New Zealand.
Mine was an explosion of irritated feelings.

"we need someone who is a team player" (so we can take credit for your work)

"we need someone who can relate well to our clients" (they go to the same pub as you)

"we need someone who is outgoing and personable" (charm the leg off an iron pot)

"we need someone who is a go getter" (can lie to clients)

"we need someone who can charm the management" (loves drunken parties)

Typical job ads. In other words we need someone who is something I am not. So we (wife and myself), do our own business and go to uni as well.

That reminds me of a conversation with a snart arse who said that to me at uni.

Him, "This chemistry is OK for you, you get 100%, but poor me I failed"

Me, "you just came out of school and did chemistry there did you not?"

Him, "Yes"

Me, "So school for me was 25 years ago how much chemistry do you think I can remember from school?"

Him, "Not much"

Me, "So you should be getting 100% and I should be failing because you just did chem at school last year and Ihaven't been near it in 25 years"

Him, "Gee I never thought of it that way"

I don't let them get away with anything I made that sort of mistake (being a doormat) at school and I am not going to repeat it.

Internet trolls don't irritate me, nor being called one does.  That is my thought, because...

I am a former troll.

I completely understand... in my poem , I quoted something an prospective employer once said to me: which irritated me.
