Oxford University needs to be told their article is totally biased toward NT people in their advice for handling psychometric testing.

I particularly point to the section about disabilities.  They are strictly referring to physical disabilities.

They give much advice for studying for intelligence and aptitude tests.  They tell people how they can study to get higher scores on logical and mathematical reasoning.  What they have to say about psychological testing is that if you don't fit the average profile for the organization, you won't be hired.  They don't give any advice on how to get better scores only that "you won't be happy working in that organization".

What rubbish!

I was looking for some help on how to score better in the psychometric tests and have the correct answers for the interviewer's questions.

Could this come under "discrimination": also what is the point of studying for something like this? It should be a true test of a person's aptitude and not simply their ability to parrot off "socially desirable answers".
