In my school at least half, yes half can not say hello in a friendly way! nor show any respect to anyone.
When i was playing tennis. The ball went over the fence be accident. So we asked for some one to throw the ball over. But instead thought it was a funny joke to throw it away. So when i went out a smacked him with my racket. Which would be possibly the first signs of aggression i would be giving to these people.
They enjoy lobbing Screws and pins across the classroom. And its not funny if your in the firing line!
I swear one of these days i would Stun them on the floor, and try to knock some sense into them.

Well yes, They are driving me particularly insane. While on friday i notice how quiet the bus was without this one particular tit on it. But it just made me realise how peaceful it is without them!
Can you use a personal CD player on the bus to drown them out?
I recommend the SONY mini MP3 players, as the battery lasts AGES (about 2 weeks) so there is no risk of it running out when you need it most (delays etc.).
I do have a CD player, but i rarely use it. In fact, never. Its a right cool thing, it plays mp3, VCD cd-rws ect... I just collect gadets myself.
Its not just The sound they make, but they always get in yout fase. Thats what makes it so tempting to punch them. And even if i look like i am doing something like listening to music, it gives them a chance to ask you questions deliberity trying to piss you off.
That's true - I think most people tolerate them and that's all. Part of the trouble is the depressing housing most of them are in.

Even so, there are times when I just want to blast 'em away with an M60 machine gun (grin)
I've noticed that there's usually one or two kids like that in every class I've ever had over the years: disruptive, uncooperative, general pain-in-the-*** children who bully the weaker ones or the ones they see as outside of their little social cliques. They generally tend to gravitate towards each other and build up small gangs. And I really believe it's not environmental as much as hereditary. It's probably not such a good idea to fight them, although I do agree that you need to be able to defend yourself. But for some reason these sorts of children always seem to come out smelling of roses, (they often tend to have smart mouths and know how to manipulate a situation) and the AS child is looked at as if his overreaction to the abuse dealt out by them is somehow not understandable.

Not that I'm complaining, but while we have plenty of jerks who dress in designer clothing, they don't seem to be an epidemic here.

Yes, basically from my conversations with British people. Chavs are the British equivelant of rapper-wannabes. The guys with the baggy pants, and the visors upside down and backwards..like those people.
A good example of a Chav that's known in the US is Ali G, who's main character is him playing a parody of a Chav.

Funny thing, when I was in Special Ed Math..all the other guys in the class were Chavs. Apperantly they really do need a mental disability class.
