Well, I strated to read some of your postings ina an effort to see why people are being so mean to you. I only read a few before it became clear that you have either anger or fear of the vast Vast Left Wing Conspiracy. It even shows when you're trying to be nice.
So, I already know that there's no talking to you until you deal with that anger and fear.

The post from EvilZakkie, and I am sure he will correct me if I am wrong, was regarding the posts that Illusion made, and was warned twice about, and now made again.
Yep, that's right - I gave a very clear warning about the site policy on homophobia and racism. When questioned I gave a more precise definition of this via PM (Anything implying that different races or sexual preferences are inferior, lower, should be less accepted by society, should be seperated, etc).
This thread indicates he is unwilling to follow these site rules, and so I am putting forward a full report to the site owners. It's entirely clear-cut.
There was a process here to show clarity of intent.
1) He was given an official warning and told site policy on this issue.
2) Previous threads were locked, to avoid claims that other people were continuing the discussion.
3) Now that posting an unprovoked thread proves that he is deliberately going against site policy, everything goes to the site admins. He is aware of the rules, he chose to flaunt these rules without being provoked, and he has indicated that he will continue to do so in the future. You can't get any clearer than that.
but surely, through the integration of various cultures and peoples, one can achieve a...superior mix, taking the best from each culture and mixing them together.

Shari law is...wrong. however, many other aspects of the culture, setting aside the extremism that has tainted the public image, is rather good; yes, the principles have been corrupted and perverted (like ANY other religion or creed) , but...going back in history, the Islamic regions tended to be either equal to, or more advanced than, the Christian counterparts; the Christian dark ages left a huge hole in science, by persecuting those who would perhaps threaten the total stranglehold that the Church held.
However, but that same dint, one must also consider Christianity, but I really cant be bothered. my point has been made, I think, if clumsily.
I should also speak of Judaism, but I'll simply leave that to ATM or some such person. I do not feel qualified to talk about...well, any of them; I am personally a bit biased against religion.
however, in such a culture, there must be a...presiding body, that would consider the needs and wants of all the component cultures, and act on the best actions availible for the society as a whole. there must be safeguards and checks to ensure that one part does not gain an overriding say.
this is interesting, and something that I have never given much thought to. I think that we need to consider such things if Autfinity is ever to exist.
The ban-hammer hasn't yet fallen; but there is still lacking a reasoned argument to back up the original assertions; i.e.

If we are to take mere population minority status into account, then male-ness is deviant as the ratio of females to males is generally in the 102/104:100 range
* ) multi-culturalism is bunk
It works in many societies. It is closed societies which are most likely to end up genetically damaged; and violence is most prevalent in intolerant societies, i.e. those where people aren't allowed to be themselves but are expected to ape the majority.
* ) wicca is bunk
Well, that one could be said of any faith, couldn't it? Unless you have conclusive proof that your beliefs are absolutely the correct ones and everyone else's are 'bunk', you should simply allow everyone their own beliefs without insulting them.
To be more specific, the statements were "homosexuals should be 'tolerated', but have a lower social status", and "it should not be recommended to mix different ethnic groups".
If he'd just used the word "deviance", meaning not the norm, it could have been interpreted many ways. Ditto with "multi-culturalism is bunk", which could refer to many things. But he was very specific about what he meant, and it's quite blatant bigotry.
For clarities sake, his contributions to the Wicca debate were not included in the ban report, as there is no clear policy on disagreeing with a religious belief.

Don't answer, I don't care. I know what it is like to be on the receiving end of intolerance for no good reason, but only in internet land and that can't actually hurt me so I am fine.
If I see it, I'll report it. Thing is, I usually avoid the flame war threads (or at least I try to), and that's where a great many slurs are hurled about.
Also, whether or not "delusional" is a slur depends on context and intent which, at least to me, is often difficult to determine. As for the "and worse" part, name calling may be juvenile, but if it's not a slur, it's bad manners, and not reportable as far as I know.
This one's been dealt with, and the poster involved has given a full apology.
Actually, a word that's pretty common (at least nowadays) around gay advocacy groups and academic discussions is almost exactly that - except it's "heterosexist", which I think was using the "hetero" because it's describing the implication that heterosexuality is superior. I also don't generally like the word homophobia, except in certain cases, and mainly when I use it is by convention rather than as the optimal word I'd choose.
But yeah, I like heterosexism better, as it also encompasses those who don't really fear gay people (while I'm sure in convoluted discussions about fear, anger, power structures etc the word fear could be rightly applied, for simplicity's sake I usually don't think of it as a fear unless it's obvious in the individual).
I remember a while back I had a complete mind blank trying to remember the word "homophobic", so I made up the word "homosexism" on the spot. There were a lot of confused people afterwards... *grins*
The closest I can think of to an accurate workable term would be "sexual preferism", though even that's a bit clumsy. Generally, I just use whatever the going terminology is, so I'd be happy using either homophobia or heterosexism.

Logical Conclusion was the precedent - posting racist and homophobic theories is a bannable offense. To say "different races should be separated" and "homosexuals should have a lower social status" qualifies.
