Hi all,

I just attempted to sign up for a research project on synesthesia through the University of Queensland - It looks like my particular form isn't suitable for the project (they were specifically after number/colour synesthesia), but she's passed on the details of a synesthesia register that another researcher is putting together.

Here's the address: http://www.maccs.mq.edu.au/research/proj.../index.htm

It specifies that the research is "to learn more about synaesthesia in the Australian population", so I'm unsure whether or not they'd accept international synesthetes - but I thought I'd post it here anyway...
Bother, I've spent years training myself not to take any notice of the colours of numbers and now they're researching it?!

And they don't want to know the colour of time, or the flavour of space, or the odour of speed...

Well, I don't know about the other two, but the odour of speed is 7. *grins*

Ouch.  Brain hurts.

I'm popping over to the register to see if they want me and my numbers and letters with personalities.

Now I need to know what color time is.

Monday morning is black, and it hides in the kitchen on Sunday evenings, waiting to get me...

Well, it was/did when I was five...

Actually Monday is blue, Tuesday is red, Wednesday is bright yellow-green, Thursday is plum, and that is as far as I have gotten with it. Tongue
