We just purchased a George Foreman indoor grill, with a bunch of interchangeable plates.
We have only used it a couple of times, but I like it so far. Has anyone else used an indoor grill?
I have the Lean Mean Fat-reducing Grilling Machine. Genius it is, genius. Also whats even better about it is that I got it free.

I like it so far. We have made sandwiches, steaks, waffles, and omelettes.
We like ours. Only it seems somewhat difficult to clean. I usually put a damp paper towel inside it once it is cool. That helps remove most of the gunk. I won't use it for fish anymore because it is just difficult to get the "fish smell" out of it. If you put it on to preheat for the next meal, the fish smell comes out. I wash it with a sponge and some dish detergent. I think after a while all "non-stick" finishes somehow start to stick. Our grill seems fine right now but I am careful to try not to scratch the finish with any metal objects. Unfortunately husband tends to use whatever is available.
I saw once at Costco, the demonstrator using parchment paper in the electric frying pan. It worked well but I don't think it would work in the grill.
The best is our Korean butane cooker with a grill top. -- only needs some serious ventilation in the room when using such types of flames. I find fondue cookers need ventilation as well.
