Thank you to everyone for the compliments. I did have a bit of a cry the day after; not because I missed the hair, but because I was so overwhelmed by the way the whole thing snowballed.
Sometimes, without intending to, we do something that resonates with people; and it runs away with us, other people come on board and it grows hugely more than we expect. I really felt a connection with the good, light side of life, the universe and everything; I especially felt a connection with you guys!
So, please give a standing ovation to Ethel, without whom this would have been a private event!
I have dial-up ...but this story is worth the wait.

I did nuthin'... just gave the equivalent of a mud-map drawn on the back of an envelope. It's entirely down to Tigger being a legend that she got there.

(I was travelling in USA & UK ever since APD [including attendance of both Autreat 2008 & Autscape 2008], so I didn't find an opportunity to reply).
Yes, the ABC coverage counts - I have upgraded my pledge and donated 50 UK pounds to AFF today.
