< didn't get round to trying it yesterday in the end. < had about 7 hours of meetings, and just come back from another one today. So < is very 'peopled out' or 'socially overloaded'.
And depression is bad as a result.

^^ your method of getting out ASAP is great - and is what I usually do, but as I was there in my professional capacity I couldn't really do that :/
< doesn't have to be in work until 1pm tomorrow, so < will hopefully get a lie in tomorrow morning, which will help with recovery from people!

< is not feeling especially reassured by the fact that there is legionella bacteria at work! So we are all stocking up on bottled water here!
