Maybe members could create their own individual video, and decide whether they wanted it to be available to the general public or to members only.

I have regular problems with their site.

I am guessing that you guys are looking for a youtube like place but for autistics?

AutTV is definitely not something I would like to see some of us stuck with.

Some one should really start planning the development of that website. I might be able to help (but not much xP).

The issue with AutTV was lack of original content, for a general "vlog" site the issue would be either lack of content or too much  traffic (and thus expensive in terms of bandwidth).
