Yesterday my SO came home with lots of them. I've covered them with a kg sugar a liter of water and a bit of lemon-acid.

Today the syrup was ready. It only needed to be cleared.

I really love this taste.

Oooooohhh, I've never tasted that before I must try it, it sounds good.  

"Elderberryblossom" what a FAB word!

I remember my granma made it.
