Haven't come across any, but that doesn't say they don't exist. If you're looking for any kind of scholarship the best places to start are with the university or college you want to study at; your local council/education authority/library. I know that in Scotland and the UK there are various lists kept of scholarships and bequests made for individuals who want to study. Some can be very specific - eg, you must be male, middle name Mildred, father and grandfather both called Ethel and conceived on a Tuesday! I do exaggerate - but not by much!

There's an interesting question: where do you want to study?

I am sure if we who ever get older and richer want to do some good, we could inspire some good by funding small scholarships ($500 to $1000 range) for students who create awareness programs for their classmates, maybe at our old high schools.
