[edit] Broke link, silly javascript exploit
Lolz!
I don't think it's funny.I had to shut down my computer to stop it.I don't know anything about computers so I found that unnerving. You likedcalico have "cured" me from AFF.
WARNING - don't try this. It's hard to shut the thing down and it minimizes the window so you can't do anything.  It's not funny, likedcalico, but annoying.
firefox + NoScript = Fail.
I just double-clicked the window, clicked X to quit and held enter until the window disappeared.
Double-clicked the top part of window, the blue thing in windows XP, to maximize the window.
Its not hard. Really.

Sides, its down
Rickrolling is only marginally funny when it's just the youtube video

rickrolling+malicious javascripts are irritatating.
Why have they been Rickrolling things anyway?
It was meant to be funny. All you have to do is press down Ctrl and Alt and hit the Delete button and the task manager window pops up and you click End Task and it all stops. You just have to click on the internet again and go back to the forum you were in.

I got this from WP.

I've used it as a demonstration of why you should use Noscript("Now, imagine that instead that was downloading a virus onto your computer...")

Computer-ignorant here. What is Rickrolling and Noscript?
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/rickroll

Basically, it started as the act of tricking people into watching a Rick Astley music video. Except then it evolved into also downloading malicious javascripts onto people's computers.

Noscript is an extension for Firefox that blocks javascripts that you haven't acknowledged as "safe", therefore preventing this more annoying form of rickrolling.
