I took ages to figure that out. It looks like English, but seem to me to make no sense whatever. So, I did what I do with Chaucer and Shakespeare, and imagined it being spoken out loud by the sort of person I imagine would talk like that. (Whiny teenage girl).

I don't think she hates you, it is just that you barely register with her; You may be thinking "New friend"; if she thinks of you at all it is "Some guy I met, like, a coupla weeks ago".
She might have given a guy her cell number before and had him pester her all the time; perhaps that was why she was so reticent.
Maybe she just hates talking on the phone (though she is NT, so this would be highly unusual). I despise talking on the phone, so I want as few people to know my phone number as possible. Whenever I give someone my number they call me all the time.
I'm kind of pissed at one of my former co-workers because she gave my phone number to another co-worker who "likes" me, and now he calls me a few times a week and asks me to hang out/go to parties with him.
But why would she have a mobile phone if she hates talking on the phone? Unless she likes texting I suppose? It seems as if she's really not particularly interested - maybe has a boyfriend already.
I have a mobile phone and I hate talking on it. The only people I really talk to on it are my family members, and even then I prefer to use text messaging. My mom doesn't know how to do text messaging, though, so I have to call her.
I agree, though, that it is probably more likely that she is just disinterested in pursuing a relationship with the OP.
She talks to family and close girlfriends on it, not guys she just met. It makes sense, and was no big deal.
