Hi, this is probably a tangent - not on topic of U-tube, but I just found this site yeaterday... I don't know what an NT is. (but I think I am one, LOL) though I (feel like) have been looking through the world through my sons eyes ( I don't care for labels, but he's and auspie - using your terminology. Anyway, I read your use of the word child-haters and I cannot agree with you more on the subject of awareness. I believe that our society has become so de-evolved that even with (or quite possibly because of) all this "awareness" It feels like this is not a good time to be my son. So called professionals need to be held back to keep them from trying to change our John - and for that matter all children. It seems like (I am in the USA - NJ) our country is heading down the worst possible path - the path of "average", "mainstream" "conventional wisdom" Unanimity - anyone who doean';t fit a pre-concieved mold will get shredded in this envirnmoent unless you are very vigilent. To be a child is to be unique and it does seem to me there are alot of child -haters who think they are child-helpers. But I think they are just ignorant and Know Not What They Do. They need to be made aware, somehow.
