Okay, first I wanted to say hi, cause I'm new here.

*hugs all*

And this is my first post.

That being said, i was wondering if this place has any chapters in Arizona.

Preferrably in Mesa.
Look here:
http://www.udel.edu/bkirby/asperger/suppAZ.html

It says:
Phoenix
AGUA (Adult Gathering, United and Autistic)

Adult Support Group.
This group has the same guidelines as the group, AGUA, based in Los Angeles. Parents and/or staff members may attend to see what is going on or screen the group for a possible member, as long as they understand that the meeting is run by the adults and is for their needs.

Meeting Times:
This group meets on a monthly (sometimes bi-monthly) basis.

Contact:
Trish Crew 602-299-8756 or by e-mail at trish_crew @ yahoo.com   and,
Sue Golubock 480-802-9005 or by e-mail at sgolly @ aol.com

Thank you.  I'll have to keep that in mind.

Are there any in the East Valley though (Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, etc.)?

I don't know, but hopefully Trish or Sue, who run the Phoenix group, would know if there are any groups in the East Valley.
