"To be human is to be bonded together, each with our own weaknesses and strengths, because we need each other."
Excellent quote.  Smile

Yeah.  We keep being defined as antisocial usually, but maybe that can change.

I don't believe we are antisocial!  I believe we have a bit difficulty and maybe a bit of after contact paranoia about what what we may have missed in a social context - but it doesn't have to make us anti social.  I think we are anti social amongst people not willing to give some leeway, and WE are probably a bit ...ummm...  well, you all know how we think and how we can just aspie someone out when they start really bugging us?  Smile

But - the best years of my life were when I was able to say 'I don't give a F***' and I didn't mean I didn't care about anyone or anything I did but after I was able to do my best in a social situation I was able to raise the ghost of my paranoia and say - whatever I did is past, .... I tried .... and now - "I DONT GIVE A F****'.

I'm 37 this year - and I observe NT's doing the same thing.  Paranoia is not an exclusive aspie trait and is not one that should make you alone.

Nts and Aspies are just all a part of the human race, including as many sub catagories as the bird species do.  Smile
