I'd just like to warn people to stay from this company as they have recently threatened legal action against us for closing an account and not paying the full term of the contract (though they have said that the cancellation charge is £30, they are asking for payment for the full term of the contract instead of this charge)
I don't actually know any sane person who would be with the staple dial-up start-ups from 1999, most of them have shut down recently anyway (remember "GenieNet"?)

Here's a question to you: Why were you with them in the first place? Wink
 When I got my PC I was a complete n00b and as I had bought it from Tiny it was set up so that the modem would only dial to supanet.
So I automatically went with supanet.

Update to this story however - we made a complaint to the ISPA and supanet backed down and agreed that we didn't have to pay, which of course we shouldn't have had to anyway.

So it was a good ending after weeks of hassle.
