Formerly officially diagnosed with ADHD, now semi-officially-diagnosed with AS.
Social Anxiety,GAD, Bi Polar, AspergersShy
I am officially diagnosed with Asperger syndrome.
I have Gilbert's Syndrome; found that out from a blood test several years back. The whites of my eyes often look yellow.

I forgot to mention that I have also been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (though I actually just have a specific phobia I haven't told anyone about) and Depression. I never really had actual clinical Depression, though... It was just a response to how miserable I was in middle school due to bullying/failing classes.
My doctor said that I also probably have Endometriosis... They can't diagnose that one for sure unless you have surgery.
Officially diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (still current), and Depression at some point.

Informally diagnosed with ADHD, predominantly inattentive; and also Avoidant Personality Disorder.  Informal as in my last therapist said I had these, but it's not on paper.

Unofficially (by myself) I'm quite sure I have Asperger's, comorbid ADHD (see above) with a few learning difficulties, and significant executive dysfunction.

I might have ADHD, though I'm not so sure that I'd say I'm self-diagnosed. Possibly dyscalculia, the kind where I can't do calculations but can understand abstract math. I've had a host of other traits that could go towards a slew of diagnoses for the DSM, but neither me nor a therapist has endeavored to get me evaluated or write anything down about it.

I'd wonder about that one.  Most kids with ADHD I know aren't half as focused or committed in school as you seem to be.  At least in the US, one criteria for ADHD they look at is "history of poor academic performance..."

Strattera. Remembered it.
I used to take Strattera for my "ADHD". I don't remember it doing anything so I probably stayed on it for at least a few months (my psychiatrist considered any medicine that didn't give me terrible side-effects to be a great success, even if it didn't help me in any way).

ADHD predominantly inattentive type
Tourrette’s Syndrome
OCD traits
Impaired Executive Functions
Asthma (no longer existent due to years of shots)

I'm not diagnosed with anything except for asthma (no longer existent now), but wow, that looks almost exactly like what I have.  However, at least I have an informal diagnosis of ADHD predominantly inattentive.  And I don't have the full Tourette's, but I do occasionally have tics.

Some of these conditions can actually be caused by medications, and not just psych meds, but the others as well. Atrial fibrillation as well as right or left bundle branch blockages can be caused by meds.

Don't become a statistic, become informed.

Which of these conditions could be caused by psych meds?  And... are you including SSRIs in this category?  I need to be "informed," as I have been on an SSRI for a long time.

Officially diagnosed with: Asperger's (2003) and Dysthymia - constant low grade depression (2004). I also suspect ADHD inattentive type and social phobia.

Interesting, I have tics too - both verbal and physical.
Although this is recognised by my specialist, he and I agree that in my case it is not enough for a diagnosis of Tourettes so it has been documented as a co-morbid of my autism.

Do you have both physical and verbal tics? (just curious as I am trying to understand more about tics Smile  )

Mostly just physical tics.  And I've learned to suppress most of them over the years, pretty much.  Whatever it is, it's not enough for a Tourette's diagnosis (never has been, either.)  But yes, I have had tics and still get them occasionally.

Do you have chronic costochondritis? I had a freak episode of it for about two weeks last year, and sometimes the pain was severe enough that it was difficult just to breathe.
This is my list: officially diganosed with Aspergers, OCD, fluently disorder (speech problem), social-communication disorder. Self-diganosed with ADHD and have a problem with reading compreshention (I can read word for word, but sometimes have a hard time understanding the whole meaning. When I was a sophomore in high school, on the state exams, my writing score was higher than my reading score.)
