This thread reminds me of a joke played on someone during Thanksgiving.  The joker waited until the hostess (his sister-in-law) was out of the room, removed the stuffing from the turkey and shoved a Cornish Hen in there instead.  When the turkey was carved, she got a startling surprise. Her mother said "You've cooked a pregnant bird". The hostess burst into tears and it took over an hour to assure her that turkeys only lay eggs.

Eating any sort of brains, especially primate brains, strikes me as a nice way to introduce some sort of nasty prion disease into the human equation.
