as you all know, Valentine's is just around the corner, and this is the best time to spend with your special someone (boyfriend/girlfriend). some, however, don't have one (me included), which sucks. if you're one of the ones who has a boyfriend/girlfriend, what are you gonna do for her on V-day?
him or her i mean...
Should be getting a card from Laura, i've sent her hers.

As we'll prob be too busy to see each other in person...as usual.
Gonna make my move on Kornelia on V day, cos it will be all romantic and so forth.
I did give one.
Good that you remind me.
It's our wedding day too.
Any idea for a good present?
(this is a real and urgent question)
Dinner?

That might have sounded ignorant if it was the actual wedding, guessed it was the same date as your actual wedding. Confused...

we married 13 years ago, on V-Day.
Dinner could be a fine idea.
Would you volunteer as a babysitter for four boys?
(Beware, it's one with ADHD, one with AS, one exterme NT and one ten months old!)
I guess they can't come along then.
How about cooking her a really nice 3 course meal? Could someone babysit for a few hours?
Oh and in response to the thread, card and a few small presents. We don't make a big deal out of V-day really, its so consumerist and people are hellbent on making singletons feel like crap.
Happy Anniversary Doc! I am the least romantic person that I know-but maybe you could cut out 13 hearts-and on each one write something that you like/love about your wife? Like "you're fun" or "I like the way you..." or "I love you because.."etc..tape them up everywhere.. Or write it on balloons etc..
( Ya know-in your spare time) Smile

cook dinner together?-tho that never works here as my husband and I like to do things on our own alot Smile
Or order in-which is much easier..and if I am cooking usually is a better idea..
We don't celebrate Valentines Day at all... though my husband often will buy me a book randomly
* happy sigh* best present ever!

Me too...but not on Kornelia.
That is if I get brave. I am crap at this kind of thing.
Well she did ask me out after work on Friday the 15th. Not so romantic or so forth.

To the romantics out there, " May the aspie show of affections be treasured by your love interest and remember for years to come"

Meh, it will just be another day as I'm not a romantic soul.
