Britney I feel sorry for; the woman is clearly unstable right now and regardless of whether its of her own making or not, its not right that the woman is persecuted to the level she has. People think they own celebrities and it gives them the right to laugh at someone who is going through some kind of turmoil in their life, or to have some judgement... Ultimately no-one really knows whats going on with the woman bar those around her, and if she is really at the lowest point of her life, she doesn't deserve the kind of intrusion that she's getting. No-one does, regardless of whether they're famous and have whored themselves out to the media before. You would think the media would back off, rather than trying to sell another few crappy episodes of crappy magazines.
Mariah I don't know about... the woman does have an amazing voice and I quite liked her early albums.
I still think Johnny Depp has AS. And Michelle Rodriguez (*sigh*)
Please, I hope this was a prank.

Turns out my assertion was right then. I knew hours of you reading Perez Hilton.com couldn't have constituted "research."
Re Paris Hilton being dumb, thats a common assumption that people make. I wouldn't say it was aimed at any 'suggestion' of yours, but a popularist one; I don't think anyone who specifically manages to create a mini business empire on the base of a leaked sex tape and a crappy, patronising, daddy's little rich spoilt *** programme is dumb. I read somewhere she actually gets paid to go to parties. Just to show up. I have no time for her, she's overexposed, but I think the majority of people think something of her that isn't true.
Britney I found interesting. I wondered what people would respond with. I think the woman has been crucified by the media and even though her album is good (I like crappy, cheesy pop at times... meh), its not been as successful as it usually would be because of her media potrayal. I mean people call her fat ffs; if she's fat, then I'm akin to a hippo.
(I agree that people are being waaaay to hard on Britney Spears, though. How can she possibly get better with the way everyone is making fun of her all the time?)
That actually couldn't be further from the truth. She may be obsessed with flaunting herself in just about every conceivable way and loves to "party", but that doesn't make her the most social person on the planet.
Just watch one of her interviews, any one will do. She always comes across as extremely uncomfortable, like she's just longing for it to end as quickly as possible and gives short but occasionally articulate answers, and displays a general sense of "remoteness" in her body language. On the contrary, when she's alongside her friends like Nicole Richie et al., she seems a lot more comfortable, although even still Richie generally does most of the talking on "The Simple Life".
I'm not saying she has Asperger's - I don't know what she has but I think most people's view of her is a huge misconception. I'm not a fan of her, but I don't hate her either. The "socialite" Paris Hilton that most people know is something that the media and paparazzi that follow her around have created. Her interpersonal communication skills leave a lot to be desired.
Anyhow, I have an explanation for her alleged awkwardness. Paris Hilton has ADHD and people with that do often have a bit of social idiosyncrasy. Hell, she even still takes Adderall for her condition (in an interview, Hilton confessed to having taken that drug for many years.)
