I've finally decided to make a thread on what is possibly my ONE AS obsession, above all my other normal interests.

Shin-Ra, or "God-Network" "Hell-God" etc..the translations vary.

Let me know if anyone else likes this, btw if you take the piss..well..I'm not a man of violence but I have my ways =p

Anyway, the Aesthetic...there's a lot of black, red, white, dark blue, turquoise, green..burgundy..it all works so well together in my opinion, everythings familiar yet alien...hi tech and crude.. and then there's the sheer POWER of it all lol.

I'll continue this thread when I can be arsed/have more ideas.

Never liked FF games much though, from playing them in school, wasn't bloody or violent enough for me, and I don't like game console controllers, but the FF movie was OK.

You didn't play the first Shinra building sequence

in one, actually quite tragic segment...was blood all on the floor and walls.

LOVE THIS GAME, I've been replaying it over my spring break, and I just left my first venture into the biuilding.  I totally agree, the scenery was way above what I was expecting for an evil company, as well as from square in general.   It was definitely one of the most beautiful and fun places to play  throughout most of disk 1
