I wouldn't know. I am about 100 miles northwest of the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, and I have virtually no knowledge of Aspiedom here.

Not sure but another possible area of higher concentration would be any of those remote communities where there is little outbreeding eg. some religious communities.

I heard silicon valley was the "aspie-ist" as well. Its all computer people out there. From what I hear autism is high among people working with computers. Not sure if that is just a rumor or what

The California Bay Area is an autism cluster, I believe. Wired wrote an article about "associative mating" and Silicon Valley a while back that basically posed that the area had high autism rates because it attracted computer programs/admins/etc, which in turn made the autistic population large enough for associative mating to have a significant effect.
