In the show it's from, the girl who always shouts it pronounces it as "boe-kay kie-rue," more or less.
My real name has been mispronounced counless times as "Shin," "Shine," "Cheyenne" and for some reason, on numerous occasions, "Shannon," when it's just really an alternate spelling of "Shane." ^^;
