i think that awfull what they did to the 14 year old i guss the people whoi say they want to help us .dont want are oppion when we feel diff .maybe they like it when we all cant speak .i wish i had saw the site before it was taken down

i think you should try and get publicy for what they are doing .if you ,make them look bad in public they may drop the lsaw suite /.i dont think they want to look any more bad then they do by suing an autisc teen .have your parents talk to a layer see what they can do .
try and see If you can file a counter case against them
you could also reveal that a hacker from their site hacked your website which of course is against Data protection laws

This is just hilarious. A group called Autism Speaks, made out of non-autistic people claiming to speak for autism and then just bashing us, sues an autistic person for voicing their opinions on autism? Do Autistics no longer have their first amendment rights? Are we longer entitles to a voice in our own destinies? Are we longer entitled to the right to operate parodies? Autism Speaks is trying to prevent Autism from speaking!

Minors cant do counter sue's and i dont want my parents to know about it. if they do i swear ill be disowned, or send to military school or something.
Okay, sweety, here's the thing... they can't actually sue you. They can try, but it's an infringement on your freedom of speech. Parodying is protected under trademarks. Frankly, this is another case of AS being a big bitchy bully.
