You should fight it. I take it you're in the US, right? There is some kind of amendment that protects this kind of stuff (I think it's the free speech/free press one). They have no right to stop you from running your (obvious) parody website.

You can look to Max Goldberg (the creator of YTMND) for inspiration when it comes to this kind of stuff, he gets into it all the time and wins. He's one of my heroes. See the following links:

I see the possibility for a lot of good publicity for autistics in this; the whole "Autism Speaks Sues Autistic Person" thing would make for a pretty good headline.

Seriously, with the whole transgender thing, and being a minor, and with what sounds like a strained relationship with your parents, you're starting out in an odd legal position.  From what you've described, I can only advise that you consult with an attorney.  Until you've done so, don't discuss the matter further.  Certainly not in a public forum.

How pathetic of Autism Speaks that they're using money on lawyers for something stupid like this instead of using that money toward helping autistics.
