You should fight it. I take it you're in the US, right? There is some kind of amendment that protects this kind of stuff (I think it's the free speech/free press one). They have no right to stop you from running your (obvious) parody website.
You can look to Max Goldberg (the creator of YTMND) for inspiration when it comes to this kind of stuff, he gets into it all the time and wins. He's one of my heroes. See the following links:
