Im now working on a grocery store thats basically run on sales and commission, Im having frequent issues with the manager, manager is reckless , irresponsible and he is not doing anything which helps the store grow and he started blaming us for the all the bull shit he is doing with the store. Now we have a union of 60 employees in a store totaling up to 450 employees, now my question is, with the help of my union how to make the manager ask forgiveness for his acts or shall i report it directly to the owner of the  store. which way is good kindly advice me.
Are you one of the 60 in the union?

Personally, I'd let the union fight on your behalf.  Have a chat with the rep, make sure they know what you know, and let them do the dirty work for. They as an entity are going to know how to play this game a lot better than any one employee could.  And if you do something off your own bat, and the guy finds out it was you who dobbed him in, it could make your own day to day work more stressful than it needs to be.
