I'm trying to build a forum of my own using phpbb and i want it to look like this forum i want to eventually get my own domain name, does any one know of any forum engines that i could use that would give me a tutorial and all the tools that are needed to build a forum site i've already tried

Well to set it up, you'll need a host that Has PHP and SQL (1 account for SQL needed)
But as for the tutorials, maybe if you put phpbb tutorial in a google search. you might come up hopefully with some anwsers.
Once you get your domain and hosting, you could check to see if the host provides a service called Fantastico. It allows you to install many popular scripts such as phpBB very quickly and easily (in fact it only takes about 5 minutes) without having to go through the hassle of uploading all the files and creating the database yourself. It installs everything for you automatically and creates all the necessary tables within the database.

Yeah, forgot about that. Some Cpanels do have an option where trhey can install it all for you! Cpanel is a good thing to get if you want an easy configurable host. So you can set up emails, FTPs, passwords ect...

They give you a free license.
But i am not sure if that host has PHP and SQL does it?
The only plave i know which gives off free SQL and PHP host is lycos. But all the ads are piss ass anoying. A friend found this place where it provides free hosting for PHPbb boards and sets them up for you. I am searching for the site.
