According to this guy, they need some trainees to mold into eventual Managers, the more you work, the more you learn, the more you get paid.

You have reliative freedom working day wise, overtime is optional, Bank holidays are off, paid, and you get your Birthday off.

Big company too, albeit a family one, the reason they want more people to turn into Managers is because they have only 800 shops around the country atm, and they plan to expand to 1000.
