by the way, the game is quite difficult, i found some bits hard.

heres a breif explanation of this game:

It is a game where u have a gun that can fire 2 types of portals, when both are active they make a link, and u must go through lots of puzzles. The robot who sings this song is the robot who talks to u while your in the games. after the last one your on a conveyor and it tries to kill u, and u find out it's crazy and wants u dead. so u have to go through alot of stuff and u eventually get to it and u have to kill it. while your trying to get to it, it doesn't know where u are, so it's making announcements like "were so happy for u, now return and u can have some of your cake, there waiting to cut it" and as u go i found written on the wall "the cake is a lie", lol.

the cake is not actually a lie, because at the end it shows the cake with the companion cube next to it, i was laughing when i saw it .

The game itself is rather easy, I beat it (second time through) all in one sitting yesterday.  
Now the advanced levels, three of them (out of six), give me fits.

(It's also kinda fun to spawn an airboat and ride around...

Also something giving me more trouble, how on earth do you get the 11 last security cameras?
I don't get how to detach them from the wall when the wall is non-portal-able.  I tried everything I could think of.
Any suggestions?

i was thinking about that aswell, i like disabling the cameras, it's funny . u could try jumping and pressing e when near it, it might de-tach it from the wall.

VALVe said if the game was popular, and the concept worked, then they would make a)map packs b) a SEQUEL! and c) MULTIPLAYER!

question; how the hell would you do multiplayer Portal? if you want a taste of Deathmatch with with Portals, then get Exite mod. its basically HL2;DM, but with the ASHPD.

but personally, i think VALVe will be a bit smarter than that.if you thought Portal was mind melting 'afore, the multi should be awesome

Well, apparrently, if the fans demand it enough, it might move into prominence in one of the HL2 Episodes. Perhaps even a meeting of Chell with Gordon? She'd make an awesome supporting character.

well, Apeture Science was mentioned in EP2....and the Borealis was lost through a portal, it would seem. so the odds are, taking the words of the song into account, that there may be a GLaDOS aboard the Borealis...however, i believe VALVe said that the ASHPD would never appear in a HL games. (although, i think that may have been as a useable item)

they should make a new game where u have a portal gun like the one on portal, but with weapons on it aswell (does the evil grin, MUHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!)
