What were your favourite movies this year?

Here are mine.

The Lives of Others
The Simpsons Movie
Apocalypto

I Haven't gone to a movie for a while, but i've read that my all time favorite movie, The Day The Earth Stood Still, is being remade. It seems to be updated and changed quite a bit from the original (1952), but I'm looking forward to seeing what it's like.

I liked Enchanted, I recently saw that, it was quite funny, but also pretty predictable.
Hairspray was really great, that was I think the best movie I saw in the cinema this year.
Shrek the third was also pretty funny, but it wasn't really great.
The pursuit of happyness was also really sweet, a litlle predictable, but still nice.
Harry Potter and the order of the phoenix was great by the way, but I hadn't read the book so I didn't really get some things. But now I have and I get it
And I really liked to see premonition, but I didn't have time...
Well, that were all the movies I've seen Sorry for the long story around it.

I didn't go to alot of movies last year.  I Am Legend and American Gangster were a couple that I liked.

The only time I got to go to the theater was for the Simpsons Movie. I really wanted to see I Am Legend, though.

I have heard that it is good.

I wanted to see that one too! Still haven't though, and now it isn't in the cinemas anymore. Just waiting for the dvd I guess...

Mine were Bourne Ultimatum, Alien vs. Predator: Requiem, and Persepolis.
