Gordon ramsay did a show on a resturannt near where I live I can't remember what it was called but it was in portsmouth

My favorite chefs are Mario Batali and Saykai from Iron Chef.  Both seem to have a great love of creating beautiful looking and great tasting cuisine.  I love their knack for creating new dishes in unconventional ways.
