Here, in Western Canada, it is Christmas morning and no one is up yet to open presents. (Except for my cat and me) It's peaceful and quiet.

So I am just having coffee and reading posts for Christmas so far.
There are some books under that tree, though, for me Smile
A bar of chocolate, a package of coffea, a mango soap, a binder made in Madagascar, a small pepper mill with spice & herbs from South Africa - these items came from "the house of fair trade". A Ruth Rendell detective story. A book of cartoon comics. Two pair of socks + two pair of shorts. A leash for the cat + a toy for her. Shower gel + Shampoo.

I gave away 13 books.
I also got a box of Green & Blacks (organic) mini chocolate bars, and two Flower Fairies miniature serving platters. The latter were a present to the whole family from the cleaning lady, but my parents couldn't find a use for them so I'll take them back home with me.
Parker Pen set, brushed stainless steel (seemingly)

Shirt, Dark blue with lighter blue pinstripe, Burtons Menswear ;p

Random chocolates

Freeview Digital Television set top box.

Soap and Brush set.

Dvd of "The Fifth Element"

Very flirty texts from my Girlfriend Tongue

I did get a nice pre-Christmas gift; a bauble to hang on the tree...with my name on it.Smile

On Christmas day itself I got…

Two scary jumpers…too small.
Four pairs of underpants…too big.
This tie.

And this lovely rubber ducky.Smile
Mmmm CHOOOCCOOLLATTTEE!!!!!!!

I don't like milk chocolate or white 'chocolate' much, but I love the high-coaco dark chocolate, very good for you  too, so long as one doesn't pig out, which usually ends up happening when I get my hands on any.

Or melted with cream and milk and sugar, and some instant hot chocolate mix, with finely powdered hashish cooked in, to make space-hot chocolate Big Grin

Yum!

Playboy shot glasses, rainbow colors
Playboy bracelet, the bunny has a blue rhinestone for an eye, so cute

Are you not bothered by the pornographic connection?
It seems weird to me, to see Playboy branded stationery kits in WHSmith next to the all the other themes aimed at young girls (Bratz, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Harry Potter etc). What next, are Readers' Wives, Big Ones Monthly, Asian Babes and Barely Legal going to launch their own ranges?

Trivial Pursuits game, flip ultra vidcam,  digital camera, 10 CD's, box set of complete series "Arrested Development", a book on gay artists, chocolates, an excellent book on world travel, and for the first time in years, no teddy bear!

I got a new mp3 player (well I asked for it so does it really count? lol), a diary, a Mushroom teddy from Super Mario Galaxy (because I laugh for ages at their voices), a new pair of boots that I love, a dressing gown, a lot of nice smellies from Lush, things for my car oh and a bottle of Baileys and 3 bottles of wine...I think someone is trying to tell me something...

What could that be then?lol Big Grin

A pair of silver figure-of-eight ear-rings.

Also brought back some leftover turkey and venison from our family's Christmas dinners. I used the turkey in a savoury rice dish and the venison in a salad with watercress, orange segments and toasted flaked almonds.
